Each of our wedding collection is thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxed, well-guided experience from start to finish. All wedding collections include a personalized wedding day timeline, a trusted vendor recommendation list, and a private online gallery with instant download capability, making it easy to view, share, and download your images with loved ones. A print release for personal use is also included with every collection.
Your wedding day is uniquely yours, and your photography coverage should feel the same. While each collection is intentionally designed, all collections may be customized to best fit your wedding day timeline and priorities.
Additional services may be added or thoughtfully swapped—such as exchanging a second photographer for additional coverage time or an engagement session—to create a photography experience that feels seamless, relaxed, and perfectly aligned with your day.

If your date has already been reserved by another couple.. don't worry we have a couple great options for you! 
We have an amazing team of associate photographers who work closely with me throughout the planning. I remain your point of contact for communication and timeline guidance, and all images are personally edited by me to ensure the same timeless style and cohesive feel you see throughout my work. 
If an associate photographer isn't the right fit for you, we're happy to share trusted photographer recommendations. 

We do collect a non-refundable retainer of $1000.00 that is required at the time of booking to formally reserve your wedding date. Your contract and invoice\retainer will be sent together for a seamless booking experience. The retainer is will be applied towards your selected collection. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the celebration, with custom payment plans available upon request. 

Yes, we're always here for you! Wedding planning is an evolving process, if your timeline shifts or you decide you would like to add an engagement session after your initial booking, or if your needs simply change, we can adjust your collection at any point to ensure your coverage still fits your day perfectly. 

Absolutely- Over the years we've experienced just about everything! From destination beach, mountain tops, wedding days in the desert to African, Spanish, Jewish, and same-sex celebrations. We've captured one of our very own MN Twin's Player's wedding in the Dominican and we've even experienced a same day surprise engagement and wedding that no one knew was happening until they arrived! 
We have had weddings with no bridal party and some with 11 on each side! We've spent our days in vineyards, orchards, backyards, barnyards, luxury estates and historic mansions.
Sometimes there are difficult family dynamics (we got you)! 
At the end of the day, we simply love photographing couples who love one another- in all places and all styles! 

Of course- We're team players and want the best for you and your day to run as smoothly as possible!

You are more than welcome to share your images on social media, we just ask that you credit Courtney Paal Photography as the photographer and not add any filters or edits to them! 

We 100% respect your privacy. If you prefer your celebration and images to remain private and not to be shared on social media, simply let us know. We fully respect your wishes and are always happy to keep your gallery secure and private. 

Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks. I never rush through the editing process- I want every image to reflect my best work. Each photo is edited by hand, without AI programs, to ensure consistency, artistry, and the timeless look you see throughout my portfolio. This approach takes a little longer, but worth every moment.
